Melanie was a much a lover of color as we are, which is saying a lot! She wanted her colors and flowers to reflect the brilliance and variety of a Colorado summer without being "wildflowery." We used a lot of texture to bring a wild feel, using dahlia, orchids, freesia, celosia, roses, sweetpeas and explosion grass. Each maid carried a different color bouquet to reflect her individual nature.

Melanie wanted just a touch of softness to her bouquet, so we did a soft, gathered bow to finish off the bouquet, which incorporated all the colors in her maids' bouquets.

Melanie wanted something fun and different for the ceremony at the Richards-Hart Estate, so we built curly willow trees and hung from them colorful glass cones filled with flowers. So charming.

These centerpieces were a great burst of color against a classic white linen.
